How to contact Skint?

Should you have any specific questions, you may use the contact us page, send us an email sales@skint-shop.com or contact us on Instagram @skint_shop. We aim to answer in 48 hours max.

When will you ship my goods?

We operate from Monday to Saturday and aim to ship the orders within 2 business days maximum from the order date. Most orders are shipped same or next day.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Which delivery service do you use?

All your orders can be shipped international using Royal Mail, DHL or UPS depending on parcel dimensions and weight as well as the destination country.

When will I receive my goods?

You will receive your goods at the address provided within 1-5 days depending on item value and shipping country

Are your goods authentic?

All our goods are 100% authentic and inspected carefully. Everything we sell is brand new and comes with the box and the original accessories if any.

Our products come from licensed online and physical retailers, or reputable collectors and individual sellers.

Do you accept returns?

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
